Mermaids are neat, theres one at Long Beach. I think the idea mermaids is cool and the imagery, awesome.

to ariana yes vennessa and i are mermaids. were i come from is a place called scale city in the indian ocean. i believe strongly in making peace between our two worlds:the mermaid and human world. we really do not like when people look at us like we are animals or fish. we are MERMAIDS not fish. if anone on here does not believe answer my quistions:
1.how could it be a myth if one person claimed they saw a mermaid (lets say you thnik they are faking)how would some on the other side of the world know about the “myth” and then claim he saw one to when he had never heard somthing like that man said he saw one?
2.what person in there right mind would make somthing like that up? no one could just think up somthing like that!
MAY I REMIND YOU THAT THERE IS MANY MANY MANY SQAURE MILES OF THE OCEAN UNEXPLORED!!!!!!!!!!!
AND IF YOU ARE WONDERING HOW THAT IS POSSIBAL I SUGGEST JUST NOT TELLING PEOPLE MERMAIDS ARE FAKE BECUASE IF YOU DONT THINK THATS POSSIBAL YOU OBVISOULY NEED TO LEARN A LITTLE MORE BEFOR YOU TELL PEOPLE THINGS LIKE THAT! if you wanna know how i am a mermaid on the computer is becuase i met
a wonderful human (wich is now my best friend) that let me live in the beach by her house becuase thats the only safe place from the oil spill! and people were on the beach so i had to come in her house so no one would seee me and she was showing how to work a computer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hello or in my native launguage (mermish) tala. i am most insulted. not all mermaids are evil, self centerd, and cruel! some mermaids are like that such as the mermaids seastingers, sharktamers, dankdrippers,waterwitchers, shipsnares, and swarmsinkers! i am a type of mermaid called a spellsinger and i am not like that at all! maybe you should try reading the book the secret world of mermaids! that would help. but we mermaids do not appreciate you trackig us down and trying to catch us! if we wanted you to know about us we would make contact! just leave us alone!!
